Spring Break

Finally, the week of detox from stress is here!

Sometimes, stress just overpowers one’s spirit, and it really can be unhealthy for the mind, body, and life overall.

The most important thing to do when you’re stressed is to take care of yourself. It varies person to person, but for me, I’m going to eat healthier, drink lots of water, do some yoga to relax, and take a long (Harry Potter bath bomb themed) bath, enjoying the relaxation while I can before the final shove for the semester.

If you’re stressed, I highly suggest you take care of yourself, however you interpret that. And if you don’t have the opportunity to enjoy a spring break, create one.

Take a break from your stress.

We all need a week to get better. So take yours!
